These terms cover use of localstackva.com and, at a high level, how Local Stack VA engagements work. A signed order form or service agreement for a paid package controls if there is any conflict. This page is not legal advice.

Site content is for general information. Package descriptions and prices on the marketing site may change. A written quote or agreement confirms what you are buying.
No guarantees of results
We do not guarantee search rankings, review volume, lead counts, engagement metrics, or revenue. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our commitment is to the deliverables listed for the package you purchase and to consistent, good-faith execution.
Engagements
- Deliverables match the sold tier (or a custom written scope).
- You provide timely access, truthful information, and approvals within agreed windows.
- Monthly services are typically billed in advance; work may pause after failed payment.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, retainers continue month-to-month after any initial term, with written cancel notice as stated in your agreement (often 14 days).
- You own final site content and accounts created for you; we retain unused drafts and internal templates.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not misuse the site (for example attempting to break security, scrape in a harmful way, or submit abusive content through forms).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Local Stack VA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from marketing outcomes. For paid services, liability is limited as stated in your service agreement (often capped at fees paid in a recent period).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
